Just was wondering since "The Maw" definitely seems like the land of the upside down sinners. Doubt it. The subzone exists since wow alpha, which was long before Shadowlands were even conceived. Getting to see Medivh and maybe raid Lower Karazhan is a possibility tho. Last time we saw Medivh was in TBC and Karazhan is supposed to have a dungeon.

The Room of Upside Down Sinners Oldeschool-korgath Was it Sargeras' doing? A result of his corruption of Medivh? I suppose it could be. There's not much on it except for the Lucid Nightmare, and the fact it was originally going to release alongside Kharazhan as a sort of twisted downward reflection. Tbh I like that latter idea.
